These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gamusa.co.in and any bulk order placed with us. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Gamusa.co.in is a powerloom textile manufacturer based in Nabadwip, West Bengal, India, supplying bulk Assam Gamosa to B2B clients. We do not retail single units; our business is wholesale (MOQ 100 pieces).

2. Product description

We manufacture and supply powerloom-woven Assam Gamosa from our unit in West Bengal. Our products are inspired by the traditional Assam Gamosa pattern but are not handloom-woven in Assam and we make no claim to the Geographical Indication (GI) tag granted to handloom Assam Gamosa. Buyers seeking GI-certified handloom variants must request a separate quote, which we may source on a custom-order basis.

3. Quotations & orders

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices listed on the website are indicative; the final price is confirmed via written quotation.
Prices are exclusive of GST, packaging, and shipping unless explicitly stated.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and our written acceptance.

4. Payment terms

Standard payment terms: 30%–50% advance at order confirmation, balance before dispatch.
Accepted modes: bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque.
For repeat or large clients, alternative terms may be offered in writing.
GST will be charged as per applicable rates and a tax invoice will be issued.

5. Production & dispatch timelines

Indicative timelines:

Standard orders: 3–7 working days from advance receipt to dispatch
Customised / branded orders: 7–14 working days
Large-volume or peak-season orders may take longer; timelines are confirmed in the quotation

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (force majeure, courier delays, supply-chain disruptions). We will keep you informed of any delays.

6. Quality, samples & defects

Samples may be provided on request, at the buyer's cost, before bulk production.
Once a sample is approved in writing, bulk production matches that sample subject to ordinary manufacturing tolerance.
Manufacturing defects (torn fabric, colour bleeding, incorrect customisation) must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Verified defects will be replaced free of cost.
Minor variations in shade, GSM and weave that fall within textile-industry tolerance do not constitute defects.

7. Returns & cancellations

Customised, branded or printed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Standard non-customised orders may be cancelled before dispatch with a deduction for any incurred costs.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

8. Shipping & risk

Goods are dispatched via reputed courier partners. Once handed to the courier, risk of loss or damage in transit transfers to the buyer unless transit insurance is separately arranged. We will assist with claims where possible.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its design, content, logos, and SVG illustrations are the property of Gamusa.co.in and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them without written permission. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any logos, designs or artwork they supply for customisation do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and they indemnify us against any such claim.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profit, business or goodwill.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, pandemics, government actions, strikes, power failures, internet disruptions, or supply-chain breakdowns.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nabadwip, West Bengal, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
